Jeffrey Rager

Junior Vice Commandant

Jeff works at Holloman AFB.

I went to boot camp in July of 1981, and graduated in Oct of 1981. I was 17 and fresh out of high school. I was skinny, weighed 125 lbs and never exercised a day in my life. It was rough, but I did it. Did 3 and a half years in the Marine field band, and 3 and a half years in the Marine post office. Deployed more with the post office than any other time. I joined the Marine Corps League in Feb of 2023, and I am a life member. I am glad I joined as this was the family I was missing. They have treated me like one of their own, and I hope I can do the same for them
